Refugee Week is a global and dynamic movement, a cultural festival celebrating the contribution, creativity and authenticity of people having experienced forced migration. It takes place every year on the 20th of June, on World Refugee Day.

For a whole week (17-23 June 2024) organizations, civil society groups and communities across Greece presented open actions for all inviting us to change the narrative around refugee, and not only, communities, to share our stories and to heal together important challenges of modern societies.

During this week, 95 actions were organized in 16 cities with more than 1500 participants around healing, mutual care and the human capacity to restart in all areas that affect us.
