Meeting point at Sepolia Metro 5pm, and walk to the studio together (20 mins)
Studio Address: Thrasimachou 8, 4th floor.
Maria & Athena will lead a playful and caring dance workshop for young women.
We will begin with a walk through the city, starting at Sepolia Metro and ending at the dance studio – exploring our senses in the urban landscape.
Once we are in the studio, we will guide a gentle warm up, explore contemporary dance techniques and learn a playful movement phrase. We will listen to music, and draw inspiration from our sensing-walk to deepen our dancing experience ground our bodies in the space. We will cool down with breathwork and massage, focusing on tools for self care and relaxation.
Please bring a water bottle and comfortable clothes for dancing.
